The Roller Coasters STEM Boost Kit is a hands-on science kit for one middle-level student. Learners build and test roller coasters to explore how kinetic and potential energy affect motion, guided by bilingual student guides (English and Spanish). Students design tracks with hills, loops, and curves, then observe how a marble gains potential energy at the top of a hill and converts it to kinetic energy on the way down. All supplies are included—no additional materials or technology required. Works in classrooms, makerspaces, afterschool programs, camps, and home learning environments.
